Ukrainian artist Ruslana Beryket, living in exile for the past four years, moves through a landscape of room, garden and forest as if through an ancient dream. Inspired by a Slavic legend and carried by her song Мне не больно, the film turns the motif of the severed braid into a gesture of rupture, memory and release.
